Applying arguments to peer-manager options

This interface exposes a node-level option adapter for PeerManager::Options.

Line 13 ↗

Configure behavior before peer processing uses it

The function receives the argument manager as read-only and options as mutable. Including net_processing.h provides the nested options type. The header itself does not connect peers or negotiate protocols; the corresponding implementation identifies the supported settings and numeric clamps.
