A bounded default for RPC block-generation attempts

This header contains one default used by three block-generation RPCs. Its small size reflects a shared constant, not an implementation of a mining pool.

Line 11 ↗

One million attempts by default

The unsigned 64-bit constant is 1,000,000. Generation callers use it as a default maximum number of iterations. It is neither a time limit in seconds nor a promise that an attempt will find a valid proof of work; the RPC implementations define how the budget is consumed.
