FILE GUIDE · KEY SECTIONS

The interface for reporting an exception and continuing control flow

PrintExceptionContinue accepts an exception pointer and a thread name for diagnostic output.

Line 12 ↗

Reporting does not decide how to recover

The pointer can identify a standard exception; the implementation also supports unknown exceptions. This declaration does not catch, suppress or rethrow anything. A caller must decide whether to continue or propagate failure, as TraceThread does after printing its diagnostic.
