Executing a command that returns JSON

RunCommandParseJSON accepts an argument vector and optional standard-input text, returning a UniValue.

Process execution and parsing share an interface

Arguments are separate strings rather than a single command description, and input defaults to empty. The implementation determines exit-status and parse-failure handling. A JSON result does not make the external program trustworthy; callers still choose the executable and validate the returned data.
