Defining the shared chainstate mutex

This translation unit provides the single definition of the recursive mutex declared in kernel/cs_main.h.

Line 8 ↗

One mutex object shared by validation code

The definition supplies storage for the externally declared lock. It contains no block-validation algorithm and acquires no lock by itself. Code using protected chainstate must explicitly lock it and follow ordering requirements with other mutexes.
