Converting mempool removal reasons to labels

The function produces short strings for every current removal-reason enum member. It reports a category, not a transaction validity proof or a network-wide outcome.

Keep distinct causes distinct

Expiry, size limiting, reorganization, block inclusion, conflict and replacement have separate strings. An explorer should preserve that distinction rather than describe every removal as confirmed or cancelled. The final assertion flags an unhandled enum case as a programming error.
